Lee Hwa Jewellery recently marked its 53rd anniversary in September in a truly heartwarming and impactful manner. Partnering with AWARE Singapore, a non-profit dedicated to gender equality and women's rights, we celebrated the special bond between mothers and children through a memorable Mom & Child Afternoon Tea at its flagship boutique in ION Orchard.
It was a heartwarming afternoon where we welcomed five pairs of mom and child through a series of activities to bond, shop, and enjoy delightful refreshments. Beyond the glittering delights and golden treasures that each pair of guest get to select from a jewellery assortment, the guests had the opportunity to handcraft their very own preserved flower dome display, creating cherished keepsakes that would forever symbolize their connection.
The AWARE Voices for Change campaign plays a pivotal role in empowering individuals to drive positive transformations within their communities. As a testament of our commitment in giving back to the community, Lee Hwa Jewellery recognizes the significance of championing causes that bring about meaningful impacts in people's lives.
In alignment with AWARE Singapore's efforts & commitment to empower individuals to achieve their visions & hope, Lee Hwa Jewellery pledges to donate 10% of Supernova sales proceeds to raise funds for their Voices for Change campaign. These funds will be directed towards AWARE Singapore's trauma-informed services, public education initiatives, and advocacy efforts. Tote Board supports dollar-to-dollar matching and adds an equal amount doubling the impact for positive change. Much like a Supernova, a powerful and energetic stellar explosion marking the end of a star's life due to core changes, a woman's brilliance mirrors this phenomenon, symbolizing her ability to radiate and illuminate the world.
