The Fabergé Essence Rose Gold Ruby Heart Surprise Locket is set in 18 carat rose gold and opens to reveal a heart shaped ruby surprise inside. The bale of the locket contains 14 round brilliant cut diamonds, set with a 18mm locket and is presented on a 50cm chain.
